Hillwise Creative provides content production, editing, and creative services through hillwisecreative.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase services, contact us, or submit a project. Information we collect
We collect the contact and account information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and business details. We also receive purchase and subscription records, payment status, support messages, and project information. Project information can include creative briefs, brand assets, footage-folder links, instructions, feedback, finished-content links, batch status, and allowance records. Material you provide may contain the images, voices, names, or other personal information of people appearing in it.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, and security or error logs. Payment details are handled through the checkout payment providers; our project dashboard does not collect or store your full payment-card number.

How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, process and verify purchases, manage subscription allowances and the production queue, create and deliver content, handle revisions and support, communicate about your projects, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet recordkeeping obligations. We use information you submit for the services you request.

Service providers and sharing
We do not share customer footage with outside editors or AI editing tools. We use Wix for the website, member accounts, and commerce, and Supabase for private batch-management records. Payment processors and providers of hosting, email, and file sharing process information needed to provide their services. Analytics and advertising providers may receive website activity as explained below. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Third-party services have their own privacy policies.

Your footage and cloud folders
Share footage through Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service using a link that allows us to access and download the files. We store your brief and folder link in our project records and may download working copies to produce your content. We do not provide long-term footage storage. Keep your own originals and completed deliverables. Your cloud provider controls storage in your account, and your folder-sharing settings determine who else can access it. Only provide material you have permission to share, including permission relating to people appearing in it. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or account passwords.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Wix and embedded services use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, checkout, security, and website operation. We plan to use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. When enabled, these tools may collect device and browser information, IP addresses, pages visited, and actions such as purchases to help us understand traffic and measure or improve advertising. Meta may associate website activity with your Meta account and use it to personalize advertising. Customer footage and creative briefs are not provided to these tools. You can manage optional cookies through available site cookie controls and your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Retention and security
We keep finished project files for up to six months after project completion. Download and keep your own copies; we do not provide permanent storage. Source footage and working copies are held as needed to complete the project and related revisions, and are not a long-term archive. Account, brief, transaction, and support records may be retained separately as needed to operate the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, maintain security, and resolve disputes. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific project. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to our services, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests
You can update available account details through your account settings and contact hillwisecreative@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can opt out of promotional emails using an unsubscribe option, where offered, or by contacting us. Service and transaction messages may still be sent when needed.

Children and international processing
Our services are intended for business customers and adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and address it. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.
