Submit all monthly batches (4, 8, or 12) upfront for queuing. We process one active batch at a time. The $249 intro credits toward your first month, where it counts as one batch. Add extras for $299 or upgrade anytime. Active, queued, or delivered batches use your cycle's allowance; unused portions expire at cycle end.

What is a seven-video batch?
Each batch delivers seven videos. You may submit all cycle batches at once (4, 8, or 12); we work on one while others queue. Current, queued, and finished batches use your cycle allowance. Unused portions expire, but queued batches stay until finished. Intro batches count toward first-month totals if you upgrade. Send assets you own or have rights to use. Extra batches cost $299.
How can I use the footage?
Send footage and assets you own or have permission to use.
Are revisions included?
Yes, each batch includes one round of reasonable revisions for minor tweaks.
Do batches expire?
Unused monthly video allowance expires at the end of your billing cycle.
How do cancellations work?
Cancel before your next monthly renewal through My Subscriptions or by emailing hillwisecreative@gmail.com. Your paid allowance remains available through the current billing cycle.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available before editing or production begins. Completed work is not automatically refundable; contact us to review undelivered work and appropriate remedies. Applicable legal rights are preserved.
How do we schedule?
After purchase, complete your content brief and send a downloadable footage link.
Is there a rush option?
Optional 24-hour rush delivery may be available for a separately quoted premium. Confirm availability before purchasing rush service.
What are the deadlines?
We confirm your batch schedule after receiving your completed brief and accessible, downloadable footage.
Intro offer terms?
The $249 intro is a one-time purchase. If you continue monthly, it is credited toward your first month and the original seven videos count toward that month.
